Annamalai University – Distance Learning
The Directorate of Distance Education established in 1979, and now offers more than five hundred and one different programs of study under the Regular Stream. It has also the unique distinction of offering first in India, Postgraduate Degree Programs in Applied Psychology, Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, Bioinformatics and Law through Distance Education mode.
The Directorate of Distance Education is also offering the Programs on Fashion Design, Textile Design, Interior Design, Hotel Management and Catering Technology Programs, Retail Management, Twinning Program, Programs on Health Science, Commonwealth Youth Program, Yoga, Music, Fire and Safety, Pharmaceutical and Taxation Programs.
All the programs of study offered by the Directorate of Distance Education have the approval of the Distance Education Council, New Delhi. The Directorate is introducing B.Ed. program through distance education mode from the year 2008-09 with the approval of National Council for Teacher Education, New Delhi.
MMI – Next Generation Center of Annamalai University
MMI Education and Training is the official Next Generation Learning Center of Annamalai University for the Gulf Region. (The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, UAE, the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Sultanate of Oman)
The certificate, Diploma, P.G Diploma, Under-graduation and Post-Graduation programs are offered in these countries for any nationalities. Admission, Materials, Seminars, Contact classes, Examinations and the results are administered in our own learning centers in the respective countries.
